Credit and Collection Self-Study Course

A revised ten module credit and collection course that staff can study at their own pace. Each of the modules contains an assignment to be sent in to Top Performance for marking. The course contains 6 modules on credit analysis and four modules on collections, legal and insolvency. The course builds a sound foundation for both new and experienced staff. Average completion time is about 60 hours.
