Credit and Collection Self-Study Course

A revised ten module credit and collection course that staff can study at their own pace. Each of the paper-based modules contains an assignment to be sent in to Top Performance for marking. The course contains 6 modules on credit analysis and four modules on collections, legal and insolvency. The course builds a sound foundation for both new and experienced staff. Average completion time is about 60 hours. The course is contained in one binder.
